As Global Travel Services Provider, we do not only provide Hotel reservations to our clients, we also provide a wide variety of tourist services, such as transfers, excursions, visits, travel insurances, groups, etc. More than 75.000 worldwide clients (travel agencies) use our Online Booking System to deliver the service their clients demand.
Job Description & Role Responsibilities
As new Back Office in Milan, you will be responsible for giving support to our Italian team as well as our Italian clients in connection with our Online Booking Tool. You will be part of a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and constantly changing organization with worldwide presence.
Role responsibilities will include:
➢ Managing and maintaining executives' schedules.
➢ Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, sales statistics and other related office documents,
➢ General office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, emailing, faxing.
➢ Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with computers, customer focused and capable of building long lasting relationships with our clients.
All applicants should have a perfect command of the Italian language (both written and spoken) as well as English.
